  1. Describe your strategy, how do you get in touch with a problem you want to solve?
  2. Do you know what your internal or external customers need? How do you know?
  3. Are your internal or external customers satisfied with your accomplishments? How do you know?
  4. Do you see possibilities to improve your work for the benefit of the company or the customer ? How have you tried?

    ABILITIES: Analytical thinking
  1. Tell me about a key decision you have made in your current job. Why was it a key decision and on what factors did you decide?
  2. Give me an example when you used your analytical abilities in your current job.
  3. How creative of a person do you believe you are? Give some examples of your creativity.

    ABILITIES: Listening / Assertiveness / Self confidence / Innovation / Clarity
  1. How do you behave when you feel you are not being treated right by your superior?
  2. In which situations do you tend to feel inferior and where superior?
  3. a. Tell me the situation/event you liked best in your recent job? Why?

  4. When you are listening to a person what are you doing mentally during that time?
  5. Have you ever been challenged that much by a task that you felt your personal limitations?
  6. If I asked some of your close friends to describe you, what do you think they would tell me and why?

  1. In which situations do other persons seem to be competitors for you? Please describe such situations.
  2. What type of leadership roles have you had and how did you manage?
  3. Under what type of management style do you work best and least well? Why?
  4. What are the most important personality factors for someone to become a good supervisor?

  1. Please describe the way of co-operation with other co-workers, supervisors or subordinates. What are the differences?
  2. Describe your ideal supervisor? Why?
  3. Tell me about a time where you had trouble convincing someone to take your viewpoint. What did you do to try to persuade this person?
  4. Describe a situation when you received some critical feedback through your participation. How did you react?
  5. Tell me about your vision for the next five years of your professional career.
